Grand Prix of Monaco

Everything you handled was absolutely impeccable, from ordering, delivery of the tickets, pre event suggestions and followup. A HUGE MISS was that a TV monitor was 'promised' at the venue for my section - but none existed. So I could not see the cars or stats beyond my seat area. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Had pit walk on Fri- very busy, but I guess you do it once. Qualifying on Sat was exciting. A screen would have added to enjoyment. There is a comentary but with ear plugs in you miss it. Race was stupendous. Just what I'd hoped it would be.

1st ever Grand Prix

The tickets were a gift to my Husband for his 60th birthday. He has been a lifelong motorsport fan in particular motor rallying ( past competitor as both driver and co driver ). The Monaco Grand Prix has been top of the bucket list for some time. Transport- we arrived at both qualifying and race day by train. The journey was quick but you should be prepared for long waits on the return journeys. Long waits on the return journey first time was in a tunnel leading to the platform , not a problem. On race day we went to the main entrance. Stood for ages on a slop ( which killed my legs ) but my biggest concern was standing in an area surrounded by high cliffs , squashed together , with people looking down on us. I felt very vulnerable as there was no where you could escape to should the need arise ( just after the Manchester bombing ). I would have felt happier seeing a police presence around this higher level. Directions - The directions were good to our first visit ( X2) but on race day could have been better as we struggled to find our way to stand N, although the staff were very helpful the signs could have been better. Stands - X2 for qualifying. Excellent, so close to the action but no shade from the sun Stand N - Again great spot but no shade on a very hot day . We had to leave our seats and hide under the stands to get some relief ( considering how expensive GP tickets are it's disappointing you have to miss part of the race ) There was very much a party atmosphere around Monaco itself. Great fun in beautiful surroundings. Just a footnote , think we enjoyed the GP2 race after qualifying more than the main race on Sunday !!

Monaco Grand Prix

An experience of a lifetime! The most cost effective way is to pre book everything yourself, stay in Nice, get to the circuit early and stay as late as possible in order to soak up the atmosphere try to make it on the Friday and get the walk through the pits and then enjoy the street party, but don't miss the last train as getting back to Nice is expensive by Taxi as we found out to our cost.

Important Info

Provisional Date

The date of this race is based on the provisional calendar. Usually these dates do not change but this cannot be guaranteed until the final calendar is released towards the end of the year. If the date of the race does change, it will not affect the validity of any tickets you purchase for the event. If possible, we recommend booking any accommodation and flights/travel on a flexible basis or waiting until the calendar is confirmed.

For extra peace of mind, you can take out Booking Protection cover at the checkout and receive a refund on your booking including service and delivery fees if the event date changes and you cannot attend on the new date.

Child tickets

Children aged between 6 to 15 years old are entitled to free General Admission or Grandstand entrance on Thursday (a ticket is still required) and a 50% discount on ticket prices for the Saturday and Sunday. Please note that this is not applicable for hospitality packages.

The organisers ask that spectators do not bring children aged 5 and under because of the high noise levels. However, at parent's discretion, children aged 5 and under can enter grandstands free of charge without a ticket if they sit on a parent's lap.

Identification may be required on the day for child ticket entry.

Disabled Tickets

A wheelchair-accessible area at the circuit is managed directly by l'Association monégasque des handicapés moteurs. Please contact us if you require more information. The association has advised they expect passes for this area to be available from January 2020.

Additional

All tickets for the Monaco Grand Prix are available for individual days (Thu, Sat or Sun) and grandstand tickets can also be bought as two-day (Sat-Sun) or three-day (Thu-Sat-Sun) packages. There is no Formula 1 track activity on Friday 22nd May and access to the venue is free.

Tribune L Low is located in rows A-D, Tribune O Low are rows A-J and Tribune T Low are rows A-M - all other rows in these stands are classified as High. Please be aware that views from lower rows are more likely to include safety fencing. Tribunes L High and T High have views into certain areas of the pits. Unlike previous years, Grandstand K is not split into High and Low rows. The organisers have advised this is due to the increased attractiveness of lower rows following improvements to the port.

Pit Walk

As in previous years, a pit walk will take place on Friday afternoon. This will be available for customers who have booked 2 or 3 day tickets in the same grandstand. These ticket holders will receive "pit access" tickets automatically with their tickets.

General Admission

The 'Le Rocher' General Admission area offers hillside viewing and the natural rough and in some places steep terrain may not suit all spectators. We recommend arriving early in Le Rocher to get the best viewing experience as the area can become very crowded particularly on Sunday.

Gold and Silver Packages

A limited number of Gold and Silver tickets are available in select grandstands and offer spectators access to privileged seating areas within their chosen grandstand. Fans that purchase Gold and Silver tickets as part of two-day (Sat-Sun) or three-day (Thu-Sat-Sun) packages will also be eligible for additional benefits, namely pit walk access and a piece of merchandise. Please click on each package to see what's included.

Delivery

Once you have selected your tickets, head to the checkout for more details on delivery options.
