Paris E-Prix 2020

Race profile

The Paris E-Prix takes place right in the heart of France's capital, around the famous Place des Invalides. The 14-turn, 1.93km track runs clock-wise around Les Invalides, the location of the Musee de l'Armee and the tomb of Napolean. The track uses temporary tarmac to cover the local cobblestones and also boasts the tightest pit lane on the Formula E calendar, with a tight hairpin before you re-join the track at the pit exit.

This race first featured in Season 2, and has become a feature race on the calendar. In 2019, thanks to a tyre pressure infringement from Pascal Wehrlein, British driver Oliver Rowlands started in pole position but unfortunately crashed out on lap two of a race that was treated to all weather conditions. Robin Frijns made history by becoming the eight driver in as many races to win. Will Paris bring as much excitement next time out for the ninth round of the 2020 season?
