Entry Tickets

Each circuit has their own policy on ticketing; some circuits provide tickets for individual days whilst others only offer full weekend tickets. In the latter case, you would need to purchase a weekend ticket even if you only intend to visit on one day.

Our ticket page lists the day combinations available for each race under 'Entry', so if the exact day(s) you're looking for are not in the list then you will need to choose the nearest match. If the entry period listed covers multiple days e.g. 'Fri-Sun' then you're entitled to enter on each of those days.

All grandstand tickets include admission to the circuit unless otherwise stated on the ticket page, so you only need to purchase the grandstand ticket for entry.

Most circuits include access to General Admission viewing areas with a grandstand ticket. However, please be aware there are exceptions at some venues so please refer to the relevant event ticket page.

Circuits will allocate your seats on a system of 'best available' at the time of booking. If you do have a special request then please put this in the 'comments' box on the billing details page.

However, please be aware that there are no guarantees special requests can be fulfilled. Because of the large number of spectators at motorsport events, each circuit has their own way of organising ticketing - some can be more flexible than others with regards to seating positions, but in order to effectively manage their ticketing, many circuits do not accept special requests. Similarly, there may not be any availability in your requested position.

Our best advice is to be as open as possible with your seating and if you do have a request then we will be happy to pass this on but please be prepared that the circuit may not be able to fulfil it.

Some grandstands/viewing areas have visibility of large screen televisions to help you keep up with the action on other parts of the track. These are represented on the ticket profile page by a TV icon.

However, please be aware that in practice television screens can be relatively far away or at an angle so may be hard to follow. Circuits also reserve the right to move/change the screens without notice so they make no guarantees that a spectator with any type of ticket will have a view of a television screen. Therefore, please consider the TV icons as an approximate guide only.

You may want to consider bringing a small pair of binoculars with you on race weekend, which may help to view the television information if the screen is positioned far away.

The pit area is at the heart of any race, so it is not unexpected that many spectators request access to the pits. However, because of the large amount of activity going on in the pit area on race weekend, in general, spectators are not allowed to access the area. Unfortunately it would be impractical and potentially dangerous to have a continuous flow of spectators touring the pits, particularly taking into account the number of visitors at race circuits compared to the size of the pit area.

There are some exceptions but this varies depending on the race and circuit. Some hospitality tickets include pit tours - this will be specified in the hospitality ticket benefits. For those purchasing general admission or grandstand tickets, certain circuits offer pit access during designated times, such as on the Thursday at some events. Some circuits include a pit access slot as an extra ticket purchase. Please check the ticket page of each race for further information on any pit access availability.

You choose! We accept payment in Great British Pounds (GBP £), Euros (EUR €), United States Dollars (USD $), Canadian Dollars (CAD $), and Australian Dollars (AUD $).

If you want to change the currency of the prices, simply select the appropriate currency in the drop-down menu at the top of each page. We charge your card in the currency you select so the prices you see are what you pay and not an estimate.

You can pay securely by debit/credit card either online or we can take your card details over the telephone. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

We also accept payment by PayPal, bank transfer and cheque/postal order.

The service and delivery fee is a combined fee that includes both the secure, tracked delivery/collection of your order as well as our service fee. The service fee is a fixed percentage of your order value and goes towards payment processing charges and the general administration and support of the booking, as well as applicable VAT.

Check out our dedicated Race Rewards Points page.

We support 256-bit TLS so that any personal or payment information you provide is sent encrypted, making it is virtually impossible to be intercepted by third-parties. We don't store your credit/debit details, and all card payments are handled by Braintree Merchant Services (a PayPal company) who operate under strict industry regulation so you can be confident about first-rate security.

If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with booking online, then we're happy to take your booking over the telephone.

Your booking details will always be emailed to you immediately. Gift vouchers are confirmed straight away and, for race tickets, our team will confirm your booking as soon as possible, usually the same day.

If you have not paid online then your booking will not be confirmed until funds have cleared so we always recommend paying as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If there is a change in either the price or availability of your tickets before your booking is confirmed, then you will receive an email advising you of this with the option to amend the booking or be fully refunded, if applicable.

Most commonly, tickets are physical tickets that are sent to you in advance by courier. Some circuits also offer box office collections for later bookings, or alternatively e-tickets are becoming more widely available. The delivery options for your particular event will be clearly laid out during the checkout process.

We understand you're keen to receive your tickets and we're keen to get them to you. All tickets are created centrally by the host circuit and, as soon as they are ready, we will dispatch them on to you. The exact date of this varies depending on the race and time of booking, but to minimise fraud, many circuits only release tickets two to four weeks before the event. For this reason, unfortunately we cannot provide a precise delivery date until the circuit releases your tickets.

Courier Delivery

For security and speed, tickets are dispatched by DHL Worldwide Express for delivery locations outside the UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK destinations. In both cases, we will email you a delivery tracking number when they're sent and somebody will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If you are not normally at home during the day, it's no problem to nominate an alternative person/address to receive your tickets, for example, your place of work.

If you are worried about conflicting travel plans then please do let us know as, if necessary, we can arrange for the tickets to be couriered directly to your hotel/residence on your trip to coincide with your travel plans.

For international events, we also offer the option to provide your departure date during the checkout and we can monitor the release of tickets in relation to your departure. If nearer the time your tickets are not yet available, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options.

Box Office Collection

For some events we can also offer box office collection (will call) as an alternative to courier delivery. Where offered, this delivery option often only becomes available for new bookings nearer to the event date as, because of the large number of visitors, it would be impractical for the venue to offer this to all customers. Visitors will then need to attend the designated collection point over race weekend to collect their tickets.

For security, we will ask you to specify a named person and print a collection letter to present at the box office on arrival along with identification. Your collection letter is emailed to you around ten days before the event, once the collection details have been confirmed by the circuit.

Some circuits are now able to issue e-tickets as an alternative to physical tickets. The e-tickets will be emailed through to you, to print out and present on arrival at the circuit. Where available, the e-ticket delivery option will be listed at the checkout.

Please be aware that e-tickets are often still only released around ten days before the event so you may not receive them immediately.

If the tickets are a gift, you may like to consider one of our gift voucher as a tangible alternative until the tickets arrive.

For race tickets, generally we are not able to offer refunds because circuits do not allow order cancellations. However, for most events we do offer the option of Booking Protection on the checkout which provides extra cover if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend. Click here for more information on Booking Protection. If you have not opted for Booking Protection but do need to cancel, please contact us and we will try to help in any way we can.

About Us

We couldn't fit this into a few sentences, so check out our dedicated About Us page.

We receive regular requests for help and donations for many incredible charitable events. Unfortunately we cannot realistically support every request, so we have nominated an official charity that we focus our charitable donations and fund-raising efforts towards.

Our nominated charity is Starlight Children's Foundation and more information can be found on our About Us page.
