Wasn't sure what to expect from Aragon. Certainly the location provides some challenges (particularly from an accommodation point of view). We booked late ie 2 weeks before the race and found ourselves 40km away. That turned into a blessing as we found an amazing hotel. The circuit itself is really compact and a few kms outside of Alcaniz the local town. Despite the local police creating all sorts of interesting diversions to get traffic into the circuit (we were on bikes and got sent a completely different route and "long way around" compared to cars) it still didn't take very long and queuing was pretty minimal. The track has a great deal of elevation change and lots of opportunity to find a different viewing position. We were in the VIP Village so cant really comment on the general admission side of things, but the location on top of the Pit lane and garages was pretty much perfect, and right opposite the start finish line. Have tried VIP Village at Silverstone and Le Mans and this was way better in terms of location and different options for viewing. I will go back to Aragon - lovely part of Spain, and accommodation difficulties notwithstanding, a great circuit to visit to view MotoGP without the attendant crush at some circuits.
Children aged 13 and under have free access to General Admission areas (no ticket is required and maximum 2 children per adult). Children 13 and under are entitled to reduced grandstand tickets. Identification will be required at the circuit and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Discounted child tickets are available in the VIP Village for children aged 2-15 years old. Children under 2 years can access this area for free, but please advise us if a child of this age will be attending.
Senior citizens 65 and over have free access to General Admission areas (no ticket is required) and can purchase reduced grandstand tickets. Identification will be required at the circuit.
Grandstand and general admission tickets on Friday work on a roving seat policy, where spectators can sit in any available public grandstand. Grandstand tickets have reserved seating on Saturday and Sunday and spectator access is restricted to the area around your ticket viewing location so visitors are unable to freely roam the circuit.
General Admission ticket-holders can access both areas 4 and 6 with the same ticket.
Please note: All tickets (except from VIP Village passes) will be issued as e-tickets.
