The Mindset of Champions Event 2021The Mindset of Champions - An Evening With Sir Jackie Stewart OBE and Damon Hill OBE

Join us as two of the biggest names in British Motorsport, Sir Jackie Stewart OBE and Damon Hill OBE sit down (virtually) with Ignition co-founder Nick Butcher, to talk about what it takes to become a Formula One World Champion. A feat achieved by only 32 people.

They will discuss a range of topics such as leadership, teamwork, achieving a winning mentality and their championship battles. The pair will also reflect on the memories between the Hill and Stewart families over the years, as well as how they started their two charities, Race Against Dementia (Sir Jackie Stewart) and halow project (Damon Hill).

2021 represents the 25th anniversary of Damon's Championship winning year in 1996 and as a result there be some unique elements to mark the occasion, alongside a very special prize draw for 10 lucky ticket holders. Offering the chance to win a signed poster of Sir Jackie and Damon.

All proceeds from this event, goes to Race Against Dementia and halow project.

About halow project

The halow project supports young adults (aged 16+) with a learning disability in and around Surrey.

We are committed to developing creative opportunities and removing social barriers for our young people and currently support over 170 young people with a learning disability. halow offers a unique blend of activities, giving our young people the chance to enjoy an active social life, make new friends, find further education and employment training through our various initiatives; Building Futures, Social Activities, A Reason To Get Up and the halow Buddy Service.
