There may not be a larger atmosphere in Formula 1 than at Interlagos for the Brazilian Grand Prix. Throngs of passionate motorsport fans line the grandstands at the São Paulo circuit to catch a glimpse of the world's fastest drivers.
Formula 1 has a special place in Brazil's heart, with Ayrton Senna, Emmerson Fittipaldi, Nelson Piquet and Felipe Massa amongst some of the greats the country has produced. And year after year, the passion of the fans spills over onto the track to produce enticing racing. Last time out in 2021, Lewis Hamilton stormed from 10th on the grid to victory, passing title rival Max Verstappen in the process.
The circuit at Interlagos (which translates to 'between the lakes'), is in one of the world's most populous cities: São Paulo. the city of one of South America's most culture-rich cities, with magnificent architecture throughout to admire between sessions on track.
