The Montreal circuit of the Canadian Grand Prix may be a short one, but it’s by no means a simple lap. Almost every corner is a quick one, including the infamous final chicane, labelled ‘The Wall of Champions’. As the best of the best squeeze every inch of performance out of their machines, complacency can kick in. Damon Hill, Michael Schumacher, Jacques Villeneuve and Jenson Button are just a few of the Champions who have fallen victim. Away from the circuit, Montreal is truly one of the world’s great international cities. And with the second-highest number of restaurants per capita in North America, you’ll never be more than arms-length of world-class eats.
