Trajets internationaux

Leonardo da Vinci Airport (at Fiumicino) or Ciampino Airport are around the same distance from the circuit - about a 20 minute drive. The circuit is located in the Esposizione Universale Roma (EUR) district in the south-west of the city. There are numerous public transport options to get to the area from central Rome, including the subway, where the EUR Palasport station is the closest to the circuit. From here the grandstands and E-Village are a short walk.

Activités et visites

We've put together a handful of off track, must-see attractions to fit in around your trip to the Rome ePrix...

  • The Colosseum - The Colosseum is one of the top attractions in Rome, and has remained so for centuries. Construction began in 70 AD and was completed in 80 AD. Although now in ruins, this amphitheatre retains its magnificent aura and never fails to amaze visitors.
  • The Sistine Chapel - This is one of the greatest treasures of the Vatican City, of Rome and of the world in general. It is known as much for its decoration, as for being the temple in which popes are chosen and crowned. All of the frescoes of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel are the work of Michelangelo, who spent four years painting the vault between 1508 and 1512. The Chapel is home to arguably one of the most famous paintings in the world, The Creation of Adam.
  • National Museum of Rome - The Museo Nazionale Romano is divided into four main collections, all found in different palazzos.
  • Trastevere - If you're after a real taste of Rome, the Trastevere is one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods in the city. A walk through the narrow cobbled streets show hidden treasures such as modest medieval churches, small shops with the most unusual objects, or even some scenes of everyday life seemingly taken from a forgotten age. This is also one of the best areas for dining in Rome, for the foodies!
