Had weekend tickets through the main site and booked pit walk tickets through bookmoto. Was extremely disappointed with the pit walk. Events were delayed because of previous rain so we queued for 1.5 hours (in more rain). Then when finally got in, saw that there were less than 5 garages open. (I can't even remember 5!) Only Rossi's (obviously) was (had his bike on view from front but that was it. And a couple of others (only one was visibly working on theirs). This was for my Dad's 60th as he loves the bikes. Not expecting seeing the riders (this is MotoGP afterall) but would expect abit more activity and value for money. In hindsight, the rubbish pit walk was just the cherry on the cake for the weekend. But even if the race had happened, I would have still been very disappointed. Inc delivery, paid 1.5x cost through the main site. Won't be doing it again.

Not your fault about the day.A waste of time and money.And the hardest thing of all trying to explain it to U16 child when he's saved own money for hi ticket.

kept us waiting 7 hours in the rain only to cancel it which they should have done in the first place . not happy

I’m all for Rider safety, but he way Silverstone kept the fans waiting around for 5 hours in those weather conditions was quite frankly Ridiculous. I’m fully expecting a refund from Silverstone and look forward to hearing updates from yourselves soon.

Bought as x-mas present for my partner, went to race day on the Sunday! Had a brill day... Weather was scorching, the organisation of it was BRILL! Toilets clean, people always on hand to help with directions, food ok priced! people will moan that it takes roughly an hour to get out but what do you expect... thousands of fans watching racing! Its worth the wait :) x Will be attending 2018

Great weekend, the facilities are getting better and better at Silverstone, the trade stands are much better laid out than previously, the park and ride was great, not used it before, the choice of food and drink stands were great.

It was the first time my husband and I have ever been to MotoGP and we had a great time lots of things to plenty of food choices as well only criticism is how long it takes to get out after the event it goes without saying that it will take a while to get away from the car parks however on the day we were there one parking steward was extremely rude towards people

Excellent service when booking tickets, seats were fab on arrival and all really well organised. I even received a phone call a few days before the event to ensure we had received our tickets.

Race weekend was brilliant, bookmoto made things so simple down to the parking, seats were amazing. Customer service are quick to respond to any queries and are eager to help. Weekend tickets are such great value for money and will defiantly book to go next year as soon as the dates are released

Ok so the weather was red hot!! 30 degrees plus but even if it hadn't have been it would have been a great day out. Abbey grandstand had great views and 3 crashed in the bend next to us. Great disability parking, needed more toilets and water taps but overall 5 stars!!

Great track for racing and fans. Plenty of places to watch and experience different viewing areas. Family camping great. Toilets and showers cleaned regularly . Plenty of food outlets to choose from bit pricey though. Security good. Was reasuring to see a police dog and armed police. Well done silverstone. Keep up for many years to come.

Had a great weekend at Silverstone watching the British MotoGP the venue is awesome with lots to do around the track as well as spectacular racing. Purchased tickets for the Abbey stand and was a bit confused as some ans got goody bags and some did not, when I enquired the lady said I didnt have the correct ticket, but did not know how I could have purchased the correct ticket, I know its a bit silly but I paid huge some of money for the tickets so was a bit baffled! Otherwise a super weekend.

Phenomenal experience at the British Grand Prix and recommend to everyone to go. I even go to see the one and only Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez face to face

I see no need for a rather elaborate review about their service and my experience at silverstone 2017. I am an international student at Leeds. Along with a rental car and hand held gps system I made my way towards silverstone for the 2017 British GP. Bookmoto ensured that my journey arriving into silverstone and while I was there remained smooth and well guided. The parking indicator was clearly marked. A map of the entire circuit and things to do while at the venue was provided. The race schedule sheet helped me plan my smoke breaks between races. It's the attention to such small things that make the whole experience better.

From start to finish everything was very well organised. The Park and Ride buses from Towcester ran like a dream and we waited less than five minutes for our transfer back to the car park at the end of the day. Highly recommend

It was smooth running from start to finish! I was surprised at how clean the toilets were, people around to help with directions etc If people are moaning about the traffic on leaving... when there is all those people leaving ! What do people expect, we stayed behind for the track walk and was in traffic for abou half an hour! Brilliantly organised & will be coming again next year!!

We only came for the race on Sunday. It was great. The last time l have been to a motogp was at Donnington Park. There were lots of stands. We were supposed to be able to get a goodie bag be hind the stand however when we got there they redirected us and by the time we got there it was closed. The toliets were not great. But otherwise it was really thrilling and exciting. So thanks for that.
