As always the Hospitality and Suite were excellent and will be back for next years GP. I was disappointed to see motorcyclists in the camping area after being told this was not an option for me and all camping gear was to be carried into the circuit with a strict no bikes policy. As i have health issues and would not be able to carry all my bike and camping kit into the campsite it seems a rule for some but not all. Would appreciate some feedback on how these people were allowed to enter the camping area with their bikes as i had the extra expense of a hotel this year and missed out on all the nightlife that goes on.

A great experience. We stayed in an airbnb near Caldini and took the train to S. Piero a sieve. A local 'taxi driver' offered us a €5 each trip to Scarperia and we walked the last 1-2km to the circuit. WARNING - make sure you know exactly which entrance you want before you start walking, There are shuttle buses that'll ferry you from entrance to entrance, but they are a bit of a hit and miss bunfight. Having heard horror stories about getting in and out of the circuit on race day, we did gold hospitality on practice day, then went into Florence on raceday and watched the race on tv in a bar - brilliant!

.. great viewing when you could get a spot to watch. Was afraid to move sometimes as I may not be able to see again. Not enough signs directing us where to go I think we walked the entire circuit by the time we found our entrance we needed! Had a great time after the stress of getting to the entrance! Prepare to walk!!!

We had an awesome day at the race. It started out with well-organized transportation by Servito. We then arrived at the circuit and despite the large crowds, the lines and people were managed very well. We had seats in the central grandstand gold area which provided an outstanding view of the race. The food and drink served there were outstanding as well. Return transportation by Servito was also well-organized and I would definitely recommend using them to get to and from the track. It was a great race and a great experience!

The race was amazing. The food and drink service was very good. The combination of the gold and platinum groups in the same area made for very tight confines and seating was sorely lacking. My son and I found ourselves standing for most of the entire event, from 0830 until 1600. We arrived when the venue opened and seating was plentiful but as the day progressed those with gold passes were joined by the platinum pass holders and seating was impossible to find. If I use this service again I would buy a dedicated seat and forgo the food and beverage services.

What a great MotoGP. Bookmoto is a great provider. We got our tickets about two weeks before the event. I purchased the VIP seats for the weekend and was not wanting for food or drink. Very clean. Access to walk around the perimeter of the track was excellent; it reminds me of Laguna Seca which also allows viewing anywhere on the track. The cool Part about after the race is being able to walk on the track!!! Amazing!!!! Getting to and from the track is a bitch. Lotsa walking but thank goodness the weather was good on race day. I’ll definitely book again with Bookmoto and will return to Mugello. Best venue best value

The ticket delivery to Australia was as promised. No worries!! Beautiful race track and support anybody than VR46 at your own peril!! Transport from Florence were prepared and at a good easy pick up venue. The Gold venue was good, food and drinks were all good. All day shade, and a cool breeze, perfect!! Please consider including an official programme in the price as the one I bought for €10, was almost stolen from our table on two occasions. On Sunday space to watch the races were very limited as all visitors crowded the handrails and we had to stand on our toes looking over other people's shoulders to see any track action. Who would want to watch the race on TV? Seating is not numbered and small tables and bar stools were not enough. We found ourselves often loosing your seat when returning from the bar/toilet etc. the ratio of seats to visitors did not consider two long days on your feet. Then transport arrangements from the track on Sunday should be reconsidered. We were told that the shuttle vans would leave at 16:30, however we were parked in until estimated 17:30 before we started moving and took 3 hours to get to Florence. The drivers did not communicate very well as they were apparently told that some roads will be closed and we were left in the dark. Our driver could not speak English. I believe that you should consider late departure from the track as opposed to rushing us out the venue and then sitting in boiling hot vans for up to 3 hours. People seated in the back constantly had to ask to have the AC turned up. The driver would stop the engine get out of the van and walk to his colleagues to make arrangements. There was no water on offer in the vans and for the cost of these transfers I believe that a bottle of cold water was not to much to ask. Otherwise a memorable weekend, but the transport took the fun out of it.

Mugello was absolutely amazing! The view from the terrace was spectacular and they allowed just the right amount of people without everyone having to fight for a spot to view the race. I was very impressed with the food which just kept coming all day long. I was a little confused about the open bar from 8:30-12:30...I expected that they would shut down bar service at 12:30 but they didn't, it stayed open during the duration of the day as well. They served water, juice and cappuccino in the morning and at about 11-11:30 they started serving wine and prosecco. Unfortunately they didn't serve beer, but you could walk down to the next level of the grandstand and purchase one for 4 euro. The only down side of the weekend was the lack of entrances at the circuit which made for an hour long wait just to get into the facility on race day. As well there is no tunnel to get across to the grandstands...you have to walk all the way around the track to get to the start/finish grandstands and that takes about 45 minutes as well, so we managed to get our exercise at least! I couldn't imagine camping at this track as it is a constant party from the time they open the gates on Thursday until the race is over on Sunday...sleeping wouldn't be an option! I loved the passion and love that Italians have for MotoGP and specifically Valentino Rossi...it was like nothing else I've ever experienced in a sporting event.

Great weekend. Had planned it for sometime so knew about traffic and how busy it would be. Plenty of walking. But if was fabulous going to Mugello to watch Rossi and he put it on pole on Saturday and Sunday the crowd was totally rev'd up for a Rossi battle, but the Yamaha let him down. Trip of a lifetime. Advice would be to wear cofortable shoes and if travelling by car try to be at the circuit before 7.30 on the Sunday and park your car as far away as you can. We parked 2 miles away and was not too bad.

We purchased a motorhome pass for the four days . As we were carrying golf clubs in the motorhome we were not aloud into circuit so we had to pay for extra parking on the outskirts . There was nothing saying we couldn't take in golf clubs. We were carrying them due to being on holiday.

These guys are a great company providing legitimate tickets. I live in California and I was able to get my tickets for the Italian Grand Prix prior to leaving the States for Italy. Great customer service. However, there is virtually NO transportation to the track to or from the closest train station. Therefore, be prepared to walk 10 kilometers each way. We were lucky in two instances where are walk was 3-4 kilometers. The first instance there was a bus that dropped us off in Scarparia. From there we walked 3 Kilometers to the track. THEN, we had to walk the entire way AROUND the track to find our seats (in the main grandstand). This was another 3-4 kilometers. On Sunday, a gypsy cab driver took us within 2 kilometers from the track and we walked the remainder. On the way home there is NO TRANSPORTATION to the train station. After the race, it took us nearly 3 hours to walk to the train station. In retrospect, I might not have gone through all this dung for the experience. Shame on you Bookmoto for not letting me know about the challenges of accessing the track

In Florence on Thur 28th May, no info on how to access the MotoGP, or indeed anywhere near Mugello. You need to do your homework before you travel if possible. Train staff in SMN very helpful, 8/9euro return to Borgia S Lor. Taxi driver in Renault Traffic is truly mental,10euro a head.Dropped off near circuit. No sign of any shuttle bus on the Sat.Still had to walk near 2km to main entrance, road very busy!!!With Gold Hospitality pass, why must I walk all the way outside to third entrance in the 30" heat??? Seen this happen in San Marino as well,no explanation ,poor signage.Met a lot of others who were also not informed -unsure-lost.... Stand Gold area very nice, toilets tip-top,little bar ok, chuck wagon under stand also good.Magic air about the place, everyone is there for the same reason.instant bottleneck once you try to leave.Gate staff poor, being constantly told next gate/next gate is so annoying, when it takes such an effort to get there.Again, all said was worth the effort, had a few days down in Florence, some city, our wives enjoyed that.

That was a great experience at the Italian Mto GP 2015 in Mogello. We had a good spot from the Centrale tribune. you can see the finishing line on one side and turn around to see Biondetti on the other side. There are excellent big video screens all around the circuit so that you won't miss a single part of the race when the pilots are out of sight. The VIP gold buffet was really worth it with breakfast, then lunch with a wide choice of warm and cold meals. Soft drinks, coffee, wine, dessert, all you can reasonably wish was at reach, all included. Ear protection were also offered for those who had forgotten their own. Parking is really messy and trying to get out after the race was a fight... quite obvious with 100000 people all trying to peave at the same time, but still worth to say: it took me 3 hours from the parking to the highway entrance 10 km away.

I've been to many races (Moto GP, Superbike and Formula 1). This was my best experience ever. Race track is great and the type of ticket (Hospitality Gold) allowed me to enjoy a great view of Start/Finish line, the paddocks and some additional curves. We had two big TV screens and 2 small ones to chose from to watch the race progress. Food/drinks served at the venue were the proper ones and in good quantities. For people wanting to watch one Moto GP race to experience the sport, Mugello in the Hospitality area is a must!

The most beautiful track I have been to for any motorsport a bit of a walk from where the taxi's drop you off but well worth it. When you leave just head to the nearest town and there will be plenty of "offers" to take you back to the train station for a very reasonable fee. A must for hardcore bike or Car fans.

On Friday the circuit operates a roving seat policy so ticket-holders can sit in any available grandstand, except for the Arrabbiata 58 General Admission area and Grandstand.
Important: Arrabbiata 58 is a closed section from the rest of the track. Tickets purchased for this section will only allow access to this area and not to the rest of the circuit.
Centrale Grandstand includes Poltronissima Pit Lane, Centrale Silver, Centrale Bronze and Biondetti. Poltronissima Pit Lane is located in the middle of the Centrale Silver section and offers the best view of the start/finish line and garages and more comfortable upholstered seats. Centrale Silver occupies the highest rows of Centrale Grandstand and extends all around Poltronissima Pit Lane. Centrale Bronze occupies the lower rows on Centrale Grandstand and therefore is closer to the track in front. Biondetti is located back-to-back with the Centrale Grandstand and offers views of a different part of the track.
Ingresso Palagio is the main entrance to the circuit. From here, you can reach all the general admission areas and grandstands (excluding Arrabbiata 58 which is accessible from Ingresso Arrabbiata only).
A computerised control access system will be operative on all the gates: to enter the circuit again, tickets must be validated at the exit gate. Anyone not following this rule will have to buy a new ticket.
Spectators can only enter/exit the circuit a maximum of twice per day.
