The race itself is Spectacular! if you can afford Hospitality Platinum it’s the only way to go., and yes I’m talking about the toilet situation. Toilets are hard to find and most you don’t want to go into with a contamination suit. Getting to the track sucks, don’t believe anyone that tells you there are shuttle buses after a train. There is ONE train that will get you to the race in time and it’s completely over capacity. A taxi costs well over 200 Euro from Florence. Best advice, rent a motorcycle, they are the only ones that get in or out easily. You must use a specific gate, or no entry. Once in the track it’s complete bonkers, drunk people everywhere with Klaxons or small engines whose only function is to try and rev higher than a rental car. I’ve done it once, it will be hard to get me to go again

The race was fab viewing was good, although one thing I’d make a suggestion with is please give more detail on how to gain access to the VIP car parking as we ended in the paddock side due to no detail of which entry to access the area and took an hour to find someone who could help us the map provided was of no use what so ever please ensure your customers know to access at the plaggio side of autodrome to gain entrance to the vip area iThe rest of the day was fab thank you

What You See Is What You Get. Everything, down to the clock, worked out perfect, great places, faboulus lunch and not to crowded. Well worth the money. Had tickets on Sunday race with another organizer, poor lunch and no view. All in all very, very happy and will definately book again with you. Thank you very much for sending the tickets to our hotel. Worked out just perfect

If there is one MotoGP you go to in your life it has to be Mugello. It is a pain to get to, expensive to get to but absolutely worth every penny. It’s loud, it’s mad and the Italiabs know how to party. With Valentino on the podium it was a perfect weekend ?????. Arrabbiata on the Friday was limited for viewing - you are not able to move around if you don’t have the 3 day admission ticket. Did the Platinum terrace Saturday and Sunday which was fantastic. Overlooks the garages with views of start/finish and then surrounding track at the back. Second time we have done this and brilliant each time. Great food and prosecco!

Let's get the negatives out of the way first: No indication of what entrance you needed for the ticket you had booked (meant we got dropped off at the wrong one, entered there and had to fight back through crowds exit and walk for good 30 mins to correct one and then find VIP terrace). Tickets stated there would be allocated Granstand seats, actually we had no grandstand seats as they were all full, no allocated section for platinum ticket holders. Also promise of allocated seats on the terrace, this was just a free for all (although plenty of seats available). Now onto all the good: We booked the mini van transfer from Florence - soooo pleased we did, couldn't fault this service one bit, even the opportunity to walk to Scarpia for the pick up made for an enjoyable extra experience and avoided the huge queues. The service, food, drink and toilets in the VIP Platinum area were all excellent. Never ran out of food and only ran out of couple of drinks options right at very end. Fantastic view of huge areas of the track and the podium. Overall an amazing day.

Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Views from platinum were unbelievable, catering exceptional and staff excellent. Loved every minute.

Getting in and out was challenging as the access to the circuit is limited. Once parked in the secure compound the short walk to the grandstand was easy as was the access to the balcony. The welcome was excellent, the catering was exceptional and the views of the track from both sides of the stand were brilliant. We loved the atmosphere and would say this is the best MotoGP experience we have ever had for atmosphere, racing, views and hospitality. We both thought this was a better experience than the MotoGP Village we went to in Saxonring in 2015.

Traffic and parking much worse then expected. The personel at the bar and restaurant seemed to favour Italians Other than that it was a great weekend

What an absolutely amazing weekend the atmosphere was electric and I see what they mean about Welcome to Mugello that never sleeps. I would also like to thank the booking team at Book moto.com they were extremely helpful and very efficient, we unfortunately we realised that we had forgot/misplaced the VIP Parking and when we called them 3 days before the event when we were staying in Italy they arranged with immediate effect replacement parking ticket to be despatched to the Hotel in Florence with no hassle at all. definitely will be using Book Moto.com again. Thank you once again, still buzzing. just one piece of advice on exit out of the Mugello circuit I would advise stay on until 6.30pm at the earliest to ensure a stress free exit (but with events like these traffic flow is part and part of the parcel).

The view and the experience was amazing but a few things that would improve the service The staff in the hospitality were not helpful you were left to your own devices and given no information on fact I thought they were guests until I noticed their badges I had requested gluten free food and there was none until lunch when they brought me a plate of cold pasta with 2 tomatoes on and a tin of tuna thrown on the top, there was no beer available at the bar on either day no cosy seating Veto did the best job he could in circumstances for leaving the circuit it's always chaotic but I would suggest in future you could have a pop up tent next to the vans and accept your going to sit for 3 hours relaxing and maybe have a bbq or snacks and cold drinks or wine tasting, had everyone been prepared for this it could have been less stressful Alternatively the meeting point could be further out for those that are happy to walk as this would speed up the exit time

We had a fantastic day the view was brilliant would totally recommend spending the extra only thing was not signed very well to get to the parking but think that was due to how busy it was to, had a fab day :-))

My friend and I made the Italian MotoGP the focus of our European rideout and the whole experience was just great. We booked into a hotel on the outskirts of Florence right next to the AutoStrada and that turned out to be an inspired decision. We arrived in the area on Thursday evening and decided to scout out the circuit straight away. We only had tickets for the Saturday and Sunday so thought we'd suss out tickets for Friday. That's when we came across the previously mentioned Italian flair for organisation. We were passed from pillar to post and never really got an answer. Fortunately on Friday we were able to buy tickets for Arrabiata - the view was fantastic but we were restricted to a really tiny part of the track and weren't able to explore the circuit as we'd hoped. For Saturday and Sunday we had tickets for Centrale and the view there was amazing. The atmosphere, as previously mentioned, was fantastic although this rapidly evaporated when Rossi crashed out. The silence was almost deafening. We arrived on motorcycles and I would definitely advise this as access was so much easier than I have read from previous contributors. One word on atmosphere though - the sound of someone revving the nuts off his very expensive Duke is quite amusing when first heard. That same sound after a couple of hours isn't (there were plenty of stand-ins for when someone's engine went 'pop'). Neither is a group of guys revving their chainsaw motors (without saws) for hours on end. You may smile now but you may change your mind if you're sharing a campsite with them. Overall a really enjoyable experience but the renowned Italian passion was reserved for one man and one man only - most of the viewing areas were at best half full for the support races and that includes the fabled Ducatista in their special stand. Don't be put off by the above though, if you get the chance - go. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the setting has to be seen to be believed. Motorcycle racing in the Tuscan hills? I must have died and gone to heaven! The service from BookMoto was excellent and the tickets arrived promptly and as advised - I won't hesitate to use them again.

On Friday the circuit operates a roving seat policy so ticket-holders can sit in any available grandstand, except for the Arrabbiata 58 General Admission area and Grandstand.
Important: Arrabbiata 58 is a closed section from the rest of the track. Tickets purchased for this section will only allow access to this area and not to the rest of the circuit.
Centrale Grandstand includes Poltronissima Pit Lane, Centrale Silver, Centrale Bronze and Biondetti. Poltronissima Pit Lane is located in the middle of the Centrale Silver section and offers the best view of the start/finish line and garages and more comfortable upholstered seats. Centrale Silver occupies the highest rows of Centrale Grandstand and extends all around Poltronissima Pit Lane. Centrale Bronze occupies the lower rows on Centrale Grandstand and therefore is closer to the track in front. Biondetti is located back-to-back with the Centrale Grandstand and offers views of a different part of the track.
Ingresso Palagio is the main entrance to the circuit. From here, you can reach all the general admission areas and grandstands (excluding Arrabbiata 58 which is accessible from Ingresso Arrabbiata only).
A computerised control access system will be operative on all the gates: to enter the circuit again, tickets must be validated at the exit gate. Anyone not following this rule will have to buy a new ticket.
Spectators can only enter/exit the circuit a maximum of twice per day.
