Descrizione

On the inside of the circuit, Parabolica Interna A offers a view of the cars as they exit the Parabolica Corner as well as the pit lane entrance.

What can I see?

Located on the inside of the circuit, on the exit of the famous Parabolica turn. From your seat here, you'll see the cars accelerate out of the corner on to the main straight. A good exit to this corner is vital for any overtaking attempts into the first chicane, and drivers having made a mistake here are simply swallowed up by their rivals as they put the power down. Here you'll also see drivers making their way into the pit lane.

What do I get with my ticket?

Parabolica Interna 23a is reserved seating on Saturday and Sunday. The circuit operate a roving policy on Friday 4th September, giving you roaming access to all general admission areas and grandstands (with the exception of Centrale). All 3-Day tickets will have access to the Thursday Pit Lane Walk, subject to confirmation.

Amazing weekend!

The weekend was amazing, especially the final result! For the most part, it was extremely organized, and better than most venues with crowds that large. The food venues were excellent, with fresh sandwiches better than you get in most restaurants. The only negative thing was the time it took to get in on race day.

Monza 2019

Fantastic experience...but be warned...it’s not the most organised of tracks. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time as getting into the track can take a while. If you have booked a seat get there early for the race as it’s likely you won’t have it if you leave it last minute. Getting to the track is really easy. We stayed at a hotel in Milan on the red M1 metro line which takes you directly to Sesto railway station. From there, Monza is just one stop and a short shuttle bus ride away. We walked back to the station after the race, and the walk through the park and town was well worth it. Ladies- the toilet situation is particularly awful so I recommend you find a self service restaurant...those ones are great!

Beer farce

The track is brilliant, although you can't circumnavigate it like Silverstone, for example (due to no paths and lots of wooded land), however you have to buy tokens (huge queues) for your preferred product (burger/food/drink) then take the token and join another queue to get what you want.. #stupid

Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix 2019

Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix 2019 great grand prix, the logistics are well thought out, I would add the second row of turnstiles at the exit to the black line, and at the grand prix add screens, and so everything is super

Well worth the trip to Monza

Excellent transport from Monza railway station to the drop off point at the track. But at the bag check the process needs some refining. Once inside the stand area ( parabilica) the lack of toilets was distressing . We 2 women had to use the bush out the back as the men were because of the extensive queues most of the day.

Excellent seats , tickets arrived in time and everyone helpful

F1 tickets did an excellent job, listening to our requirements for seats and providing us with perfect positioning for a perfect race. We loved every minute of it and will be booking through you again next year.

One of my best ever experiences!

The whole experience was well organised, a bus took us from the train station to the park with no hassle. Be prepared for a lot of walking from the drop off too your seats. But it is completely worth it, what an amazing race and weekend, it feels like you’re really close to the cars.

Fantastic Weekend at Monza

We had a fantastic weekend at Monza, driving to the circuit couldn’t be easier, drive to Monza follow the parking signs for the race weekend, catch the bus to the circuit, a short 10 min walk and you are there. Made for such a brilliant weekend so easy, the fans are so amazing and everyone was so friendly!

Second visit to Monza

The racing is always good & the atmosphere electric but that's about it for good points. The organisation, facilities & security are extremely poor. No one knows where to send you to get in so you walk miles unnecessarily trying to find the right spot, being offered conflicting, confusing and often incorrect advice by staff. The toilet facilities are dreadful and really there's no excuse given the money made there. No hand washing either which is pretty disgusting & you can't even take hand sanitizer in! As for security - cheap airlines do it better! Water bottles have to have lids removed - why I've no idea & nor are there any explanatory notices. However you can buy water inside at an inflated price. Power packs are also confiscated but, surprise surprise, you can hire them inside, having paid out for yours to be binned! (And where do they all go??) My biggest gripe is that they take your suncream away!! What about the risks of skin cancer?? Haven't they heard? To be left to stand all day in what can be extremely hot & sunny conditions without being able to use sun cream is nothing short of criminal. Someone at F1 is making a huge amount of money - the teams, promotors, food & drink providers, etc, but no-one is putting any of it into improving the facilities at Monza. Such a shame - we won't be back!

great circuit but hard to get to and in and out of

the bus from Monza station was more crowded and took longer than anticipated; the walk from the car park through the forest is also longer than advertised. a train to Lesmo is better but on race day everybody is doing that so very slow.

Great experience

Book F1 made the whole experience easy. I booked 3 day tickets as a birthday surprise and chose 23a for our seats. View was good, last corner before finish with good access to big screens. Seats were basic metal benches that got hot in the Italian sun, take cushions or buy some from the stands on the way into the grounds. Thursday put walk was an experience all be it chaotic and a free for all with surging crowds for some of the bigger named drivers. Access to park is good and straightforward from monza station, either with black line shuttle busses or local bus (221, 204) from the bus it's approx 30 mins walk into the park. The train to biassono lesmo runs on Sunday and takes you closer to lesmo corner (10, 9) we found it still a pleasant walk from this entrance also. With free access to non reserved areas on Friday we sat in 6C, if going again I would buy these tickets as better more interesting vantage point plus a nicer set up area (food stands, toilets etc). Overall great experience!

Monza 2016

Race was rather dull but the experience created by tifosi is great. GP2 and Porsche series well worth to watch as well. Walking to the park was fun. It takes some time but it worth it.

Amazing experience

That was an amazing experience for me and my father. Atending our first formula 1 race, in such a historic place, simply amazing. Of course it's better covered if you watch the sport from your sofa on the telly, but the brute experience and the proximity was something memorable. Two things to watch out for. Number one, unless you stay at Monza, the travel from Milan will take you anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Do not pick the black shuttle line that takes you to the racetrack. It costs 5 euros for a short trip and it leaves you far from the track entrance. You'd rather pick the local monza buss, that is in the other side of the monza train station, left entrance to the station, on the plaza side. It costs 1,60 to go and 1,60 to return and it leaves you closer to the actual entrance. No 2, get some food with you, the food at the racetrack is rather expensive compared to anywhere else around milan.

A great experience

It was a joy to be among so many F1 enthusiasts at Monza. The energy is contagious. The walk from the bus drop-off point was long, yes, but when you're walking on hallowed ground, who cares? Not being able to afford the best seats, I was torn between those where the cars were braking for the Parabolica or as they exited. I opted for seats at the exit, which turned out fine. One bonus was that we could see the cars as they braked to enter the pits. I'd read complaints about the food. Ours was good. No, the portapotties aren't great, but are they ever? We heeded the advice to hang around a bit after the race to avoid the huge lines for the return buses and trains back to Milan. There was plenty to do and see. We found our way to the old banking. Access to that part of the track was blocked but after asking enough people we were successful. Another lifelong dream realized! Buy the best seats you can afford. Be prepared for a long walk. Bring water. Most of all, remember where you are!

Excellent setup and race at Monza

We purchased the full weekend ticket but did not attend the pit walk on the Thursday nor free practice sessions on Friday. We arrived for the qualifying on the Saturday and all day Sunday including support races. Everyone said that it was best to get the train to the circuit as it was free and reliable although expect to queue for up to 2 hours after the race to get out. However we opted for the 'Blue' Park & Ride option recommended by BookF1.com which was superb. Parking is at the old Monza A C football stadium, cost (15 euros) for up to 5 in the car for parking and transfers via the buses each day we were there. After parking up we walked straight onto a waiting bus - no queues at all - and after a 15 minute journey were in the centre of the park with a further 15 minute walk into the circuit. Coming out was equally staright forward both days with no queues experienced at all. The actual Grandstand seats were ideal at the pit lane enterence and exit from Parabolica and opposite a large TV screen. Access to the track at the end of the race was a little challenging going over the fence further up towards the corner than the stand but even my wife made it over. Access and facilities at Monza are really relaxed where you can take in cool boxes, etc and the stewards were only interest to check you had the correct valid ticket - much more relaxed than Silverstone.

Great Track but Poor Facilities

We travelled to the F1 as a family of 4 with a 1 year old baby. We are new to following F1 and the only other circuit we have visited was Circuit de Catalunya last year. For us you just couldn't compare, our trip to Spain was by far the better experience. We bought the 3 day ticket which included a pit walk tour on the Thursday. If it hadn't been for a very helpful local ( one of only a few helpful Italians we met all weekend) we would never have made it to the track. We were not informed that the shuttle buses didn't operate on the Thursday and the sign posting was non existent. The day was saved by Lewis Hamilton who signed our book, otherwise it really would have been a bad start to the weekend. The shuttle buses started on the Friday and this is one of the plus points for organisation. They ran efficiently throughout the event and we never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes. The track is amazing our seats were on the Parabolica in 23a - the inside of the track. We had terrific views and the atmosphere was fantastic. The down side of the whole event was the total lack of organisation. We asked a steward to help us find our seating area on day 1 and he sent us on a trek around the track - we then discovered we had been 5 minutes from our seats when we asked- he saw we had a pram and he deliberately sent us the most difficult and longest route. This seemed to be a theme throughout the weekend. Monza charges full adult price for children unless you pay for general admission tickets, one of the only events that do charge for children of 1 year old - this is completely unfair as there are NO facilities for children, they are totally not catered for. There are plenty of food stations situated around the track but again the organisation is very poor. You queue once to pay, then again in a separate queue for a sandwich and then in a third queue if you want chips. Everyone was complaining about the system, it was ridiculous. As you can imagine the queues are huge throughout the weekend and by race day the food is really not worth the wait! Toilets - these are portaloos situated around the event. THEY ARE DISGUSTING! Take wet wipes, tissues and hand sanitiser you are really going to need it. I've never seen any so bad. On the whole we enjoyed the time we spent at Monza but it was the true British spirit that, at times, got us through and a Lewis win made the trip worthwhile. I have to say we saw a lot of save Monza t shirts about the place but I was left wondering whether it was really worth saving? Many improvements need making to turn this into a family event which is what the Spanish circuit gets so right.
