Bahrain International Circuit is located around 40 minutes away from Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. Manama offers a wide range of accommodation to suit a variety of budgets, from luxury hotel resorts to rental apartments. Closer to the circuit, although choices are more limited, there are several beach resorts close by to chose from!
You may require a visa to enter Bahrain. It is recommended you arrange your Bahrain entry visa prior to arrival, although this can also be done at the airport. Online applications and more information on visas can be found at www.evisa.gov.bh.
Although there are no campsites located within the city of Manama, some companies offer luxury desert safari and overnight camping stays, such as Camping Bahrain in Sakhir, close to the circuit.
Manama provides a range of hotel options over the race weekend. In the capital city of Manama, Coral Bay Resort, Park Regis Lotus Hotel and Novotel Al Dana Resort are all located on the waterfront, offering beach and sea views. Further into the city, you will find well-known hotels such as the Crowne Plaza, Resident Inn By Mariott and Ibis conveniently located to explore the capital. There are also more luxurious resorts throughout the city, including Reef Resort and Spa, Wyndham Grand Manama and Gulf Hotel Bahrain, to name a few.
Closer to the circuit, Hotel Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa, Al Areen Palace & Spa and Bahrain Beach Resort are within a 15 minute drive from the circuit.
The Bahrain International Circuit provide shuttle services between the circuit a number of hotels in the Manama area. This service will be confirmed closer to the race weekend, with service timetables made available shortly after.
