Witness the first-ever race in Qatar at a pivotal moment in the championship

For the first time in Formula 1 history, the world's fastest cars will do battle at the Losail International Circuit for the inaugural Qatar Grand Prix. A popular race under the lights in MotoGP, F1 will get its first taste of action at the impressive Losail Circuit. With long-sweeping corners, a high-speed straight and a variety of hairpins thrown in the mix, the action is set to thrill fans of the sport across the world.

And the eyes of the world will be on Qatar. With the championship battle between Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen finely poised in the balance, the third-last race of the year could prove the difference in the title race. With Hamilton's record-breaking championship or Max's maiden title on the line, tensions are set to reach fever pitch in the desert.

And it will be an exclusive event. With a huge 8,000 capacity grandstand on the pit straight, dedicated motorsport fans will be present to witness this epic race. Qatar is set to join the F1 calendar permanently, with a ten-year deal from 2023, so this first race in the country will set off a long history of racing action.
