Miami F1 Grand Prix weekend schedule
The Miami Grand Prix is one of the newest races on the Formula 1 calendar. The 2026 edition will be only the fourth, and is one of three Grands Prix being held in the USA this season. Miami will again host a Sprint Race in 2026, with this being the third consecutive year in which the Magic City has been one of the six venues selected for this racing format.
The Miami Grand Prix promises another exhilarating race under the Florida sun as the Formula 1 season heats up. The schedule for the 2026 Grand Prix hasn’t been confirmed yet, but you can see the schedule for the 2025 race weekend below.

There will be no Formula 2 or Formula 3 races during the Miami F1 Grand Prix but it has again been selected as a host of an F1 Sprint Race in the 2026 season

Where to stay at the Miami F1 Grand Prix
One of the benefits of holding Formula 1 races in large cities is the fact that there is no shortage of accommodation options for the fans.
Miami is also one of the world’s tourism hotspots, meaning that many people will be able to tick off several items on their bucket list.
The Miami International Autodrome is very central, meaning that it is easily accessible from many of the city’s hotels. However, like many places in the US, walking can be made difficult partly by the vastness of the city itself and also due to difficulty crossing highways. This means that almost all travel will inevitably be by car, taxi or public transport.
South Beach, also known as Miami Beach is one of the popular areas for visitors. Offering a beach holiday combined with a city break, this neighbourhood is around a one hour drive from the Miami circuit.
Alternatively, you could stay in the Downtown district. With easy access to the oldest part of Miami, along with the best of the bars, restaurants and culture, this area is also around an hour’s drive from the track.
If you want easy access to the Miami International Autodrome, Aventura and Fort Lauderdale both offer easy access to the beach, and are located only a 30-minute drive from the Formula 1 circuit.
