Le Mans Classic is a motorsport enthusiast's haven, some of the greatest endurance racing machines ever created will take to one of the world’s most famous tracks: the iconic Circuit de la Sarthe.

2026 marks a new chapter as the event takes on biannual alternating themes. First up in 2026 is 'Legend', showcasing some of endurance racing's most trailblazing machines – think Porsche 956, McLaren F1 GTR, Audi R8r and hundreds more!

An iconic event will take a new form on the hallowed tarmac of the Circuit de la Sarthe in July 2026 - the Le Mans Classic Legend.

The transformation goes beyond the schedule. The new Legend format will focus on the cars and eras from 1976 through to 2015 - a period defined by cutting-edge prototypes, Group C icons, and GT heroes that shaped modern endurance racing. This means fans will experience:

• Expanded grids showcasing more recent endurance machines alongside the historic favourites
• An evolving programme that alternates between Heritage (1923–1975) and Legend (1976–2015), ensuring each year highlights a different era of Le Mans history
• More variety and access for both competitors and spectators, with greater track time and new stories to celebrate each summer
