WHY GO TO THE F1 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX

One of Formula 1’s newest circuits, the streets of Baku serve as the scene of this action-packed race. Transitioning between the modern high-rises and historical centres of the city, the race has provided top draw drama over its short period in the sport.

From unlikely comebacks, maiden podium sitters and flared tempers, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix always supplies plenty of talking points.

Last year was no exception, as Azerbaijan was one of Oscar Piastri's two Grand Prix victories in 2024.

In fact, there have been no less than six winning drivers in the seven editions in Baku.

Will we see a seventh in 2025?

After the race, you’ll be able to relax on the coast of the Caspian Sea where temperatures in September reach a pleasant 27°C.

This part of the world is also one of the more affordable destinations on the F1 calendar to visit, both in terms of ticket prices and spending while you're on the ground.
