Book Mexico Grand Prix 2023 tickets
The Mexican Grand Prix returned to the F1 calendar following a 20-year hiatus in 2015 at the brand new Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Right in the centre of Mexico’s capital city, the track is characterised by its enormous 1.2km pit straight - on which modern F1 cars clock speeds of up to 330km/h - and the Foro Sol stadium section, where the cars drive through a bowled grandstand. This sets the scene for epic podium celebrations post-race, as Lewis Hamilton discovered when he won the World Championship at this race in 2018 and 2017 in front of huge crowds. There’s added spectacle to this race, too, as it traditionally takes place on the Mexican holiday, the Day of the Dead. A celebration to remember friends and family members who have been lost, the circuit hosts parades while the city bursts into life with music and parties throughout the weekend. There is no better time to experience Mexico than on the weekend of the Mexican Grand Prix.
