Motorsport Tickets Limited and Book Events Limited (together “the Company”)

We must advise you that the Company is unable to meet any future bookings. The Board has instructed Insolvency Practitioners at Crowe U.K. LLP to prepare the Company for liquidation that follows a decision to immediately cease trading the business of the Company.

 

To parties that have purchased tickets from the Company

 

If you paid for tickets by credit or debit card, you may be able to get your money back by claiming a refund from your card issuer. If payment was made by credit card, you may be able to make claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Please contact your card issuer if this applies to you.

 

If a claim cannot be successfully made against your bank or credit card provider, you will have a claim against the Company. Further information will be provided by Crowe U.K. LLP in due course, including on how a claim can be made.

 

If you have not received a cancellation notice in respect of your ticket order, your booking has not been cancelled and it is anticipated that you will receive the tickets you have ordered in due course. The Company’s management is working with suppliers to ensure that Grand Prix tickets are delivered.

 

Should the status of individual bookings change, arrangements have been made to notify you as soon as is possible. Additional notices will be uploaded to this webpage for ticket holders as information becomes available. We will also provide a new customer service email address to those with valid tickets and that will be managed by a connected company. Crowe U.K. LLP are unable to answer queries regarding the ticketing process and the timing of delivery.


To the Company’s Suppliers and Vendors

 

Crowe U.K. LLP will provide information to you in respect to the proposed liquidation, that will include documentation on how to make a claim against the Company.
