The Austrian Grand Prix is one of Europe’s Formula 1 highlights. The race takes places place from 27-29 June 2025 in the height of summer – ideal for camping!
The spectacular and rural location of the Red Bull Ring means that the majority of fans heading the the Austrian Grand Prix opt to camp. For swathes of F1 fans, pitching a tent and embracing the buzz of the motorsport festival is what summer is all about.
In this guide we’ll provide you with all the information you need to camp in the stunning Styrian Mountains for the Austrian Grand Prix.

New Austria F1 Camping Packages for 2025
Tickets for next year’s Austrian Grand Prix typically go on sale immediately after the race each season. Racegoers wishing to camp have then had to wait a number of months before they can then book a camping pitch. Most of the choice pitches go very quickly and fans often miss the rush and are left disappointed.
This year, we have taken steps to reduce the stress of waiting to purchase camping and put together bespoke Austria F1 packages. This means that our customers can buy their Austrian Grand Prix tickets and camping at once and then relax until the race weekend comes around.
Choose from three camping options including pitch only, pitch with a nearby hospitality tent and glamping at the 2025 Austrian Grand Prix.

Our camping packages span from two to five days – the prices listed below are given for four nights. The restaurant on the campsite offers the opportunity of a well-earned hot meal and drink at the end of a long day – the dream of any Grand Prix camper!
Pink Premium Camping
Camping Pink Premium (formerly known as the Max Verstappen Fan Village / Motorsport Fan Village) is the campsite for all true racing fans, young and old, just a 10-minute walk from the Red Bull Ring. During your stay you can enjoy live entertainment, various catering offerings and good sanitary facilities.

The Grey zone is also located just a short walk from the circuit. There is space for one car and one tent/caravan OR one camper.

Pink Light Camping
The additional Camping Area Pink Light site is located close to the Red Bull Camping Pink campsite and close to the General Admission entrance. The minimum stay on this campsite is three nights with the last day of arrival being Friday 27 June 2025. Children up to 14 years enter free of charge

Orange Camping
The Orange camping section is located near the final turns of the circuit and provides stunning views of the Austrian countryside. It’s suitable for motorhomes and children under 14 camp for free!

Easy Camping
Easy Camping is located close to the Red Bull Ring with easy access to S1 highway. Only a 20 minute walk from the circuit, the site offers clean toilets and hot showers, and electricity is available on demand.

White Camping
The White campsite is located behind the Start/Finish Grandstand, just 130m from the circuit. You can’t get much closer! A new area for food and drink is also available and is open from breakfast until 11pm. No parties are allowed at this campsite.

GPtents Hotel Tents (Glamping)
GPTents is located in the Black camping zone, which is one of the biggest and closest campsite to the Red Bull Ring. Here campers can enjoy clean toilets and hot showers, a restaurant and electricity. There will also be friendly GPtents staff on hand should you have any issues or questions. Start your day with great cup of coffee or tea and wonderful breakfast – free of charge.
