Where to stay at the Aragon MotoGP
The second of four MotoGP races in Spain takes place in Motorland Aragon in Spain’s desert landscape. The track is just around a 15-minute drive from the town of Alcañiz.
The larger town of Caspe is also a drivable distance from the circuit, just 30 minutes away. There is a wider range of hotels and accommodation options, but even more so in Zaragoza.
Here are some accommodation options in each location.
Alcañiz

Alcañiz is the closest option (bar camping – see below) for MotoGP fans looking to base themselves near the heart of the action. The host town of the Aragon MotoGP offers direct access to MotorLand Aragón at around 10 minutes by car. Though small, Alcañiz boasts a rich medieval history, charming plazas, and local cuisine that make it well worth exploring between race sessions. Below are three hotel recommendations for your stay in Alcañiz.
Parador de Alcañiz (★★★)
A stunning hilltop hotel housed in a 12th-century castle-convent, offering panoramic views, elegant rooms, and a unique historical atmosphere. Ideal for fans looking to combine racing excitement with a memorable cultural stay.
Hotel Ciudad de Alcañiz (★★★)
A modern, comfortable hotel located just minutes from the MotorLand circuit. Known for its convenience, secure parking, and racer-friendly vibe, it’s a popular choice among teams and fans alike.
Meseguer (Aparthotel & Restaurant)
A family-run aparthotel with spacious, fully equipped rooms and an excellent on-site restaurant. Great for visitors who prefer a home-like stay with the added bonus of top-notch regional cuisine.
Caspe

Caspe is a great option for MotoGP fans who want to stay within easy reach of the Aragon circuit while enjoying a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. Located about 30 minutes by car from MotorLand Aragón, this historic town sits along the banks of the Ebro River and offers a mix of cultural charm and natural beauty. Accommodation is generally easier to find here than in Alcañiz, especially during race weekends. Below are three hotel recommendations for your stay in Caspe.
Hotel Magallón (★★★)
A comfortable and practical hotel located in the centre of Caspe, offering clean rooms, helpful staff, and a well-rated restaurant. Ideal for travellers seeking a no-fuss stay with easy access to local shops and eateries.
Mar de Aragón Hotel (★★★)
A recently renovated hotel located near the centre of Caspe, offering modern rooms, a café-bar, and friendly service. It’s a solid mid-range choice for MotoGP fans looking for comfort, convenience, and good value just a short drive from the circuit.
Visit Hotel (★★)
A simple, budget-friendly hotel with modern amenities and a convenient location just outside the town centre. A good pick for MotoGP fans looking to balance cost and comfort.
Zaragoza

Zaragoza is an excellent base for MotoGP fans who don’t mind a bit of travel in exchange for the comfort and amenities of a larger city. Located about 90 minutes by car from MotorLand Aragón, it offers a wide range of accommodations, vibrant nightlife, and cultural attractions. As the capital of the Aragón region, Zaragoza blends historic charm with modern convenience – perfect for those looking to combine race-day excitement with a city break. Below are three hotel recommendations for your stay in Zaragoza.
Hotel Catalonia El Pilar (★★★★)
A stylish hotel set in a restored historic building in Zaragoza’s Old Town. With spacious rooms, modern comforts, and a prime location near tapas bars and landmarks, it’s a favorite for visitors who want a taste of the city’s heritage.
INNSiDE Zaragoza by Meliá (★★★★)
A sleek, contemporary hotel with a rooftop pool, trendy design, and a lively atmosphere. Ideal for younger travelers or couples looking for comfort and a touch of luxury in the city centre.
Hotel Avenida (★★★)
A centrally located, well-rated hotel offering excellent value for money. With clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to public transport, it’s a solid option for fans seeking practicality without sacrificing comfort.
Camping at the Aragon MotoGP

Camping near MotorLand Aragón is the favoured option for die-hard MotoGP fans who want to be as close to the circuit as possible while soaking up the race-weekend atmosphere. Temporary campsites are usually set up within walking distance of the track and offer basic but functional facilities. The camping scene is lively, social, and often the most affordable way to stay during the Aragon MotoGP. It’s ideal for fans who value camaraderie, convenience, and late-night paddock talk over luxury. Below are three recommended camping options:
Camping MotorLand
The official campsite of the circuit, located just a short walk from the entrance. Offers designated plots for tents and camper vans, as well as restrooms, showers, and food stalls. Expect a fun, buzzing environment filled with fans from across Europe.
Camping La Estanca
A nearby lakeside campsite located about 10 minutes from the circuit by car or shuttle. Offers a more relaxed setting with shaded pitches, basic amenities, and beautiful views of the Estanca reservoir. Great for combining motorsport with nature.
Camper Park Alcañiz
A secure, organised area specifically designed for motorhomes and camper vans during the MotoGP weekend. Includes electric hookups, water supply, waste disposal, and 24/7 access. Perfect for fans traveling with their own setup who want structure and proximity.
