Looking for the best grandstand to watch the action at the Bahrain Grand Prix? Discover the best seats available to you in our guide to the Bahrain International Circuit.

Since becoming the Middle East’s first Formula 1 race with its 2004 debut, the tiny Kingdom of Bahrain has hosted a Grand Prix in every following season bar one. And holding a contract until 2036, the Bahrain International Circuit is set to remain popular destination for F1 fans from across the world for many years to come.

2014 saw the Grand Prix pivot to a night race – transforming the spectacle into one of the best of the season. Held towards the start of the season – often as the first round – the circuit has built a reputation for producing thrilling racing action. Hamilton-Rosberg and Leclerc-Verstappen have been just some of the titanic duals down the years.

With five sets of grandstands situated in some of the circuit’s best sections, we’ve put together this guide to help you pick the best spot for you to catch the action from the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Beyon Grandstand

Action zones: Infield section of circuit, including nearly all of second sector
Seat type: plastic with backs
Covered: yes
Numbered seating: yes

The Beyon Grandstand is located just behind the pit building and has a sweeping vista of much of the infield section of the circuit including the technical second sector. This is comfortably the most panoramic view available at the track with fans able to take in the action from about turn 6 to turn 12, and even offers a distant view of the straights between turns 3 and 4 on your left and turns 13 and 14 on your right.

Main Grandstand

Action zones: main straight
Seat type: plastic with backs
Covered: yes
Numbered seating: yes

Located opposite the pit lane with incredible views of the start/finish line, Main provides the best seats for all the action during the pre-race build-up, tactical pit stops, the podium presentation and the all-important start. Some lucky fans may even get access to the track for the podium celebrations from here!

Turn 1 Grandstand

Action zones: Turns 1, 2 and 3 and the straight towards Turn 4
Seat type: plastic with backs
Covered: yes
Numbered seating: yes

The Turn 1 Grandstand offers some of the best views at the circuit with its location at the end of the track’s longest DRS powered straight. The tight hairpin it sits on also makes for a great spot to see the crucial race start and the cars jostling for position upon leaving the pit lane.

From here you’ll also be able to take in the technical Turns 2 and 3 and see the cars power up another DRS-inspired straight towards the fast Turn 4.

University Grandstand

Action zones: Turns 1, 2, 3 and 4
Seat type: plastic with backs
Covered: yes
Numbered seating: yes

The bank of University Grandstands are situated after the tight Turns 1 and 2, meaning you can enjoy every piece of action from the race start and ensuing overtakes before seeing the cars blast their way up the next straight towards the quick Turn 4. Turns 1 and 4 represent some of the best overtaking opportunities in the entire lap, and from here you’ll be able to take them both in!

Victory Grandstand

Action zones: Turns 14 and 15 (final corners of the track)
Seat type: plastic with backs
Covered: yes
Numbered seating: yes

The Victory Grandstand sits outside the track’s crucial final turns. From here spectators can see the cars blasted their way down the laps penultimate straight before manoeuvring their way through the final corners before accelerating up the start/finish straight.

Best seats at the Bahrain International Circuit

The Victory Grandstands are usually the cheapest available at the Grand Prix, and this is the case in 2025 offering jaw-dropping value compared to other circuits – a three-day ticket is just £140. There is still action to lap up here though, with views of the cars braking hard into the circuit’s crucial final corners to end the lap.

The Turn 1 Grandstand can lay a claim to being the best seats in the house, with its location on the circuit’s best overtaking spot and the following technical corners.

General Admission views at the Bahrain Grand Prix

Due to the extreme desert surroundings, there are no General Admission options at the circuit – luckily Grandstand options are some of the cheapest on the F1 calendar!

Hospitality and Paddock Club packages at the Bahrain Grand Prix

Hospitality options at the Bahrain International Circuit are largely located in the pit building above the pit lane or above the main grandstand opposite.

Formula 1 Paddock Club™ tickets will be on sale later in the year and provide some of the best hospitality experience you can buy. Other choices include Corporate Lounge and Dome Lounge options which are both above the main grandstand and offer and three-day grandstand and lounge passes, complimentary food and drink and an extensive entertainment schedule.
