The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is located in the Algarve region of southern Portugal, just a short drive from the coastal town of Portimão. - There are no direct trains to the track, and walking is not recommended due to distance and lack of pedestrian access.

A friendly, well-equipped campsite near the beaches of Alvor. Ideal for fans who want a relaxed stay but easy access to the track. Tent and campervan pitches available. - Hotel da Rocha (Portimão – 25 min)
A modern beachfront hotel with comfortable rooms, pool, and sea views. Perfect for those who want a mix of race action and a holiday feel. - Tivoli Lagos (Lagos – 30 min)
A stylish, centrally located hotel with great restaurants and easy transport links. A popular choice for MotoGP fans who want to enjoy the Algarve nightlife after the races.
🏕️ Camping at the Portugal MotoGP
Camping at the Portugal MotoGP is a popular option. Bless with good weather (though be prepared for chilly nights) the south coast of Portugal is an ideal spot to camp – even in mid-November. The temperature during the day can still reach 20°C.
Here are two campsite recommended by the circuit itself:
Camping Alvor
A campsite offering pitches for tents and caravans, along with facilities like a swimming pool and restaurant. Located a 20km distance from the circuit.
Orbitur Camping
Another campsite option providing good facilities. Located a 23km distance from the circuit.
NOTE: There are no campsites within the vicinity of the circuit. Also, camping equipment is not permitted in the circuit itself.
