It is undeniable that Formula 1 tickets have increased in price in recent years, partly due to the Drive to Survive effect and inflation affecting the circuits.
However, not everyone knows that the race tickets often get you access to so much more than just the Grand Prix you paid good money for.
Abu Dhabi is a prime example, as a ticket to the final round of the 2023 Formula 1 season grants you free entry to many of the city’s biggest attractions, as well as the legendary F1 Abu Dhabi after race concerts.
What’s included with my Abu Dhabi F1 tickets?
As well as enjoying the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, your ticket also grants you access to one attraction (Qasr Al Watan or the Louvre Museum) as well as one of the theme parks in the city. Just show your Abu Dhabi F1 tickets at the entrance!
Abu Dhabi is renowned for attracting some of the world’s biggest music acts and 2023 is no different. Foo Fighters, Ava Max and Tiesto will be taking to the stage and your race tickets get you access to see the shows for free!

Qasr Al Watan
Opened to the public in 2019, Qasr Al Watan (Palace of the Nation) is the presidential palace of the United Arab Emirates. In 2020, the Qasr Al Watan Presidential Palace was nominated for the World Travel Awards as the main cultural tourist attraction in the Middle East.
Louvre Abu Dhabi
Described by the Louvre as “France’s largest cultural project abroad”, The Louvre Abu Dhabi boasts artworks by Édouard Manet, Paul Gauguin and Pablo Picasso, as well as breathtaking art from across the Arab world. Located on Saadiyat Island, many fans attending the Grand Prix will choose to spend their downtime at the most visited and largest museum on the Arabian Peninsula.

Ferrari World
This mainly indoor theme park attracts thousands of visitors a year thanks in part to boasting the fastest rollercoaster in the world – the Formula Rossa! Ideal for Formula 1 fans, Ferrari World also features a Tyre Change interactive activity, and the Scuderia Challenge motion simulator. There is also a 400m zip-line that whizzes right through the Flying Aces rollercoaster.
Warner Bros. World
This park, not far from Ferrari World, contains no less than 29 rides! Six themed lands make up the park: Gotham City, Metropolis, Cartoon Junction, Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch and Warner Bros. Plaza. It’s an ideal day out for fans of Looney Tunes, Batman, Superman and even the Flintstones. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi was named the world’s largest indoor theme park by Guinness World Records in 2019
Yas Waterworld
What better way to cool down in the desert than a water park?! And Yas Waterworld is no ordinary water park… With 45 rides within its 15 hectare footprint, the park won Menalac’s Best Waterpark in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The park also hosts the World Flowboarding Championships!
SeaWorld
For fans of marine wildlife, there is also the option to get free entry to SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. With a wide range of species including marine mammals, fish and even birds the only SeaWorld outside the US is yet another free option for a day out for Formula 1 fans travelling for the Grand Prix.
Abu Dhabi F1 concerts 2023
The spectacle of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix goes far beyond the Formula 1. As well as free entry to the attractions above, you can also enjoy free concerts as a part of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi. Acts from pervious years include Beyonce, Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy, Kendrick Lamar and Usher.
This year, some incredible acts will head to the Arabian coast to entertain racegoers. Ava Max and Tiesto will off the Yasalam After-Race Concerts on Thursday night and the Friday headliner has yet to be revealed. Impressed much by Shania Twain? Fan of the fantastic rock band Foo Fighters? They will lead the entertainment on Saturday and Sunday night.
How do I gain access to the F1 Abu Dhabi after race concerts?
All ticket holders have access to the Thursday night concerts at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. For the rest of the weekend, fans will need a ticket corresponding with the day of each concerts. People with full weekend tickets can attend all of the concerts.
The concerts are held at the Etihad Park (previously known as Du Arena) which is located close to the North Grandstand and Ferrari World. There is also a larger venue to the south of the Marina Bay circuit called the Etihad Arena – don’t get them confused!
