Best place to camp at Spa

The best place to camp at Spa will vary according to what each fan is looking to get out of the Grand Prix weekend.

If you’re looking for more than a race and more of a festival, you will want to stay at the Green Zone or Young Person (17-27). You won’t get a lot of sleep, but you will go home with some special memories and stories to tell. You also won’t have to walk far to the circuit.

If you’re coming with young children, then the Yellow Zone or, if your budget permits it, even splashing out for glamping at Masta Camping.

Camping facilities

The best faculties available when camping at Spa are, predictably, in the Masta Camping. The showers and toilets are higher quality and less busy, with an on-site catering tent serving food throughout the day.

Camping bar at Spa Belgian Grand Prix

All camping pitches come with parking spaces. There are no electricity or water points in any of the campsites. Therefore it is highly recommended to bring water and power banks from home.

It is also recommended to bring your own food and drink, as most campsites have limited stands serving food. They are also expensive and close in the evenings.

Camping near Spa-Francorchamps

Camping at the Belgian Grand Prix will no doubt sell out. If that happens, there are a number of independent campsites not associated with the Spa-Francorchamps circuit which offer pitches over the race weekend of the Belgian Grand Prix.

We recommend the following campsites:

Book camping tickets with Motorsport Tickets

We have a variety of camping options on the Motorsport Tickets website, but they are already proving incredibly popular. Once you have read through the information above and know where you want to pitch camp, it is highly recommended to book it as soon as possible.

Getting to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps

The Spa campsites sell out every year, resulting in disappointment for many racegoers. If that does happen to you, you can find alternative options away from the circuit in the previous section.

See you in the fields!
