Why go to the 2024 Miami F1 Grand Prix?

Holding a slot early on in the calendar means that Miami witnesses the teams and drivers as they’re still getting to know the cars and defining their goals for the season.

Max Verstappen has won the previous two races but Fernando Alonso, Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez have all made it onto the podium in exciting races.

Off the track – and sometimes on it – you’ll be celeb spotting from dawn until dusk. In 2023 the two richest men in the world, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, were snapped strolling up and down the paddock.

Also in attendance were the likes of will.i.am, DJ Khaled and Roger Federer. Will you be rubbing shoulders with them in 2024?

It is also worth mentioning that the General Admission tickets allow access to the 300 level of the famous Hard Rock Stadium. The arena is home to the Miami Dolphins NFL team and you can enjoy panoramic views from the unique vantage point.

Direct flights to Miami are available from London Heathrow, and flights from Manchester go direct to Orlando, which is a 3h30m drive from Miami or a 1 hour flight.

Many other European cities also have direct flights to Miami including Paris, Berlin, Oslo, and Madrid. The flight time from Europe is around 9h30m.

Visit Miami

Something of a bucket list trip, Miami has so much to offer Formula 1 fans making the trip to Florida.

Alongside the obvious, including experiencing the all-American culture and the good weather (it’s not called the Sunshine State for nothing) why not visit Disney World? The whole family will enjoy this trip of a lifetime – whether they’re F1 fans or not!

There are also the world famous Everglades. One for the nature lovers, this 20,000 km2 national park is made up of vast wetlands teeming with wildlife – watch out for the American alligators!

There are few opportunities to combine a Grand Prix with one of the most incredible holiday destinations on the F1 calendar.
