F3 2026 Calendar Headlines

A European feel

After the opening two rounds in Australia and Bahrain respectively, Formula 3 then races in Europe for the remaining eight race weekends of the season.

Visits to iconic racing locations like Monaco, Silverstone and Spa will give some of the hottest junior racing talent the chance to demonstrate their skill and race craft in front of the eyes of the Formula 1 paddock.

The date that the F3 drivers will race in Monaco has changed for 2026, with the race weekend moving two weeks from the end of May to the beginning of June. Barcelona has also shifted back two weeks and now takes place on the 12-14 June, while Hungary has moved from early August to late July.

No action in May or August

With the Formula 3 calendar consisting of only 10 rounds, there are two significant breaks during the season in May or August. These pauses give drivers valuable time to train both physically and mentally, and to spend hours in the simulator honing their race craft.

The most significant breaks of the season come after the Bahrain Grand Prix on April 12 and the Hungarian Grand Prix on July 26.

Finale at the new Madring

After replacing Imola on the F3 calendar, Madrid will host the season finale on September 13. As an exciting new circuit, it promises a baptism of fire for some of the worldโ€™s top junior racing talent, who will pit their wits against each other on fresh tarmac for the very first time.

Meanwhile, the host of the 2025 season finale, Monza, will stage the penultimate race of the 2026 season, giving F3 drivers another opportunity to test themselves at one of the sportโ€™s most iconic and popular tracks.
