WHY GO TO THE LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX

Following a long-awaited return to Sin City, Formula 1 is back in Vegas for its fourth chapter.

Round 22 will be the last of three races in the United States in 2026. Rounds 6 and 19 will be in Miami and the traditional home of Formula 1 in the United States, Austin.

Max Verstappen has enjoyed strong form in Las Vegas, winning two of the three races since Formula 1 returned to the world-famous city in 2023. George Russell is the only other driver to have hit the jackpot here, stunning the paddock with a Mercedes 1-2 in 2024 to claim just the third Grand Prix victory of his career. In 2025, the drama continued long after the chequered flag, as both McLaren cars were disqualified for excessive skid-block wear - an FIA decision that blew the championship fight wide open.

Fans can expect one of the biggest parties on the calendar, with the circuit passing some of the city’s major landmarks including Caesars Palace and the Bellagio Hotel.

This year is the fourth edition in a new era of Formula 1 in the Entertainment Capital of the World. During the 1980s, two Formula 1 Grand Prix were held at Caesars Palace including the 1982 race in which Keke Rosberg became World Champion.

Tickets for the race will be cheaper than in previous years, but as a result will be in high demand as fans from across the world look to tick off at least two bucket list experiences: a weekend in Vegas, and an epic Formula 1 race weekend.
