Simply pay for any motorsport event using your Mastercard, on the Motorsport Tickets or Motorsport Travel Destinations website before 23 May 2025. Payment by Mastercard will automatically enter you into the draw. Winners of the top prize and the two runners-up prize will both be selected at random. The following terms and conditions apply to the ‘Win a VIP trip’ competition at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard hospitality win competition' (the “Contest”) operated by Motorsport Tickets, a United Kingdom limited company with its principal office located at 14 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3JA and its subsidiary or subsidiaries ("Our", "Us" and "We") via our social media channels (the “Platform” or “Platforms”).

1.2. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run, the prizes available and any other important terms regarding the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree you have accepted these Terms and to be bound by them.

1.3. Any entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms shall be disqualified and will not be accepted.

1.4. We are committed to protecting your privacy and other than to contact the winners, no personal data will be collected. For the winners, use of your personal data will be in accordance with these terms and Our Privacy Policy, available at https://motorsporttickets.com/en-gb/help/privacy-and-cookies and the Addendum located above (together the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy governs how we may use the data we collect from you.

1.5. If you enter the Contest in accordance with these Terms you could win 2-day VIP Package for 2 people or 1-day VIP package for 2 people. By entering the Contest you confirm you are eligible to claim the Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Contest is open to all Motorsport Tickets and Motorsport Travel Destinations customers who have purchased tickets and/or accommodation, travel or parking for any of the products available on the site using a UK issued Mastercard between 10:00 on 28 March until 23:59 on 23 May 2025. Entrants must be based in the UK and 18 years old at the date of entry and must be able to comply with these Terms.

2.2. The Contest is not open to Our employees, agents or directors (or their family members) or any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or anyone else professionally connected with Us or the Contest.

2.3. Each contestant can enter multiple times supported with a unique booking reference. Entries from third-party, automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be deemed invalid, disqualified and shall not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries unsuccessfully submitted.

2.4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as We consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant, including but not limited to proof of age and/or residency, and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. The winners will be drawn at random on 27 May 2025.

3.2. Entry is conducted by purchasing tickets and/or other elements from motorsporttickets.com or motorsporttraveldestinations.com using any type of UK issued Mastercard.

3.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

4. WINNERS

4.1. The winners will be selected from those entries that comply with these Terms.

4.2. The winners of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. The full name of the judges is available on request. No correspondence shall be entered into.

4.3. Winners will be notified in writing via email within 72 hours of the draw of the winners. Proof of identity may be required. The winners shall be entitled to turn down the Prize within five working days of receipt of notification, in which case he or she forfeits all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected. If a winner fails to respond to claim their prize within five working days of receipt of the notification they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize and alternative winner will be selected. For the purpose of clarity, receipt shall be assumed upon the sending of an email to the email address provided as part of the notification to the winner.

4.4. We will have the right to disclose the name of the winners and their city/town of residence, and use any/all images for which we have been tagged for marketing purposes. By entering the competition, you agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your personal data.

5. PRIZES

5.1. Prizes will be confirmed via email, to the email address provided by you. There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prizes are not transferable.

5.2. Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to the Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which we reasonably nominate.

5.3. The first place prize is a 2-day VIP package for 2 people consisting of 2x tickets to the Sponsors’ Enclosure at Goodwood Festival of Speed on Saturday 12 July and Sunday 13 July, guided Paddock Tour, dedicated host, return transfers from local train station to Festival of Speed, 1x night hotel accommodation (twin or double occupancy) on 12 July 2025 including breakfast, lunch x2 served at Festival of Speed, afternoon tea x2 served at Festival of Speed and dinner x 2 at hotel or nearby restaurants, invitation to High Performance Experience for winner and guest.

5.4. The runners-up prize is a 1-day VIP package for 2 people consisting of 2x tickets to the Sponsors’ Enclosure at Goodwood Festival of Speed, guided Paddock Tour, access to Goodwood House Balcony for prime view of Hillclimb, return transfers from local train station to Festival of Speed or free parking, invitation to Future Innovation Experience for winner and guest. Each of the 2 runners-up to decide if Saturday 12 July or Sunday 13 July. There are two sets of this prize.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of Our negligence. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
